half of the tuna or filet-o-fish or alaskan fish burger or single serving tuna or salmon. exclouding tartar and mayo from d burgers usage of palm oil and white rice (which from this week we r going to try d brown rice). drinking about 4 litters of water. salads without mayo and with fresh lemon
note: i am going to try something new for one week but not now ... i am going to switch the diet to fresh food only uncooked!
